ASML reported EUR 2.44B quarterly revenue. EUV systems (~45% of system revenue) served 7nm/5nm nodes at TSMC, Samsung. AI chip production (NVIDIA A100 just announced, Google TPU v3) was a negligible share of leading-edge wafer starts. The vast majority of EUV output served smartphone SoCs (Apple A13/A14, Qualcomm) and consumer chips. DUV systems (~55% of system revenue) had near-zero AI attribution. Estimate ~2% of total ASML revenue attributable to AI chip production.
